Ellington Metro West offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartment layouts designed for modern living.

Leasing & Applications

Applicants need a valid government-issued photo ID and must complete electronic income and identity verification.
Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the base rent.
Approval is based on factors like income, credit history, background screening, and rental history rather than a fixed score.
Lease terms range from 1 to 15 months, depending on availability and subject to change.
Guarantors are accepted for income qualification support but cannot override denials due to credit or background checks.

Tours & Visiting

Prospects can schedule escorted tours, virtual, or self-guided tours through an online system.

Only vacant and ready units are available for tours to ensure a complete viewing experience.

Amenities & Lifestyle

Amenities include a pool, fireside lounge, indoor basketball court, bark park, and extensive outdoor spaces.
The pool is open daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend from 11AM to 8PM.
The community includes 60 acres of outdoor living space for recreation and relaxation.

Pets Policy

Ellington Metro West's pet policy allows dogs and cats, with a maximum of two pets per household and no weight limit.

The community is pet-friendly with no weight limits but some restrictions and fees. The following breeds are generally prohibited:

  • American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull) 
  • Presa Canario 
  • Chow Chow 
  • Doberman Pinscher 
  • German Shepherd

Management must approve all animals.

Service animals are exempt from breed restrictions and are always permitted.
All residents must complete a Pet Screening Profile, whether they have pets or not.

Resident Services

Requests can be submitted via phone, email, in person, or through the resident portal.
Emergencies include no heat, flooding, electrical outages, fires, or major plumbing issues.
Residents can submit a work order, and management will schedule pest control services.
Residents use the online portal to manage payments, maintenance requests, and lease documents.
Lease documents are completed electronically via Blue Moon DocuSign.

Policies & Rules

Personal items such as shoes, mats, or boxes are not allowed in hallways due to fire safety regulations.
Residents must dispose of trash promptly and not leave it outside their doors.
Residents should keep noise levels reasonable, especially during early mornings and evenings.
Smoking, grills, and fire pits are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Lease & Moving

Residents receive renewal offers about 75 days before lease expiration through email and the portal.
Residents must provide a 60-day written notice before moving out.
Month-to-month residents must still provide a 60-day notice before vacating.

Parking & Access

The community offers free surface parking (one per leaseholder) and optional detached garages.
Residents use key fobs or garage openers, which can be obtained through the leasing office.
